The ELI is a unique attitudinal assessment that measures how individuals are currently showing up (at work and in life) under normal circumstances and in stressful situations. With this important information, we can shine a light on the specific obstacles that currently hold an individual back from success and work strategically to remove each obstacle through coaching.

360 Feedback Supplement
360 Feedback is a useful tool that provides a leader with the opportunity to receive anonymous competency feedback from his or her supervisor and up to 24 direct reports, peers, or and other important work relationships. The 360-feedback supplement also allows the leader to complete a self-assessment of competency, which is useful in identifying areas where self-perceptions differ from the perceptions of others. Coaching on these areas will enable the leader to create the alignment needed for success and will elevate corporate-driven employee satisfaction scores.
